Getting Started

This guide walks through the path from "I want to try Capricorncorp" to "my service is live."

1. Sign up

Visit capricorncorp.com and create an account using:

  • A valid email address — we send setup links and invoices here
  • A working mobile number — used for DLT-compliant transactional SMS (OTP delivery, billing alerts)
  • A working business name and address — required for GST invoicing and DLT enrolment for SMS products

After you sign up, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link to activate your account.

2. Pick a product

3. Provision your service

Most products provision instantly from the dashboard after payment. Specific exceptions:

  • Bulk SMS — DLT enrolment (sender header + template approval) takes 1-3 business days. We help with the paperwork.
  • Private Cloud — large dedicated stacks are configured against your spec; the team reaches out after order.

4. Manage your service

  • Dashboard: cloud.capricorncorp.com — provision new resources, view usage, manage billing
  • Status: Internal monitoring tracks all infrastructure 24/7; outages are surfaced via your dashboard and (for critical issues) email to your account contact

5. Get help

  • Documentation: you're reading it — browse the product sections above

  • Direct support: for issues that aren't documented, reach the Capricorncorp team via your dashboard
